1. Introduction

By accessing, purchasing, or using any product or service from thefrontkit, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase a UI Starter Kit, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product under the following conditions:

2.1 Permitted Uses

• You may use our UI Starter Kits in unlimited projects, including personal, client, and commercial applications.
• You may modify the UI Kits to fit your specific requirements, but modifications do not transfer ownership of the original product.
• You may incorporate our UI Kits into end-products such as client projects, SaaS applications, or websites.

2.2 Prohibited Uses

• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage any UI Starter Kit, even if modified.
• You may not claim authorship of our UI Kits or any part of them.
• You may not use our UI Kits to create directly competing UI themes, templates, or starter kits for resale.

Violations of these Terms may result in license termination without a refund.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final and non-refundable except in the following cases:

• The product has a critical defect that cannot be resolved after contacting support.
• You made an accidental duplicate purchase of the same product.

If you experience issues with your purchase, contact contact@thefrontkit.com within 7 days of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All UI Starter Kits, website content, branding, and code remain the intellectual property of thefrontkit.

Purchasing a UI Starter Kit grants you a license to use the product, but does not transfer ownership of the original source files.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, thefrontkit shall not be liable for:

• Technical issues, bugs, or compatibility conflicts arising from third-party integrations.
• Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from the use or misuse of our UI Kits.
• Security vulnerabilities introduced by user modifications to the UI Kits.

All UI Starter Kits and related Services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

6. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products and services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
