Your tools are connected. So why don't the numbers match?
Duplicate companies, fields that overwrite each other, sync errors nobody owns. We audit your HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or QuickBooks sync, show you exactly what's broken, and fix it if you want us to.
Sync audit from $499, credited toward the fix. Report in about 5 business days.

Sound familiar?
What a broken sync usually looks like from the inside.
Duplicates
Every account exists twice
Contacts sync as leads, companies get auto-created, and a converted lead spawns a second company. Now nobody trusts the account list.
Overwrites
Fields keep flipping back
Someone updates a value in HubSpot and it quietly reverts. Usually a sync rule nobody chose on purpose, or a first sync that set the wrong baseline.
Errors
Sync errors are piling up
Hundreds of picklist, permission and validation errors. Half belong to your Salesforce admin, half to HubSpot, and nobody owns them.
Billing
Deals and invoices don't match
Closed-won in the CRM, missing in QuickBooks. Or invoiced twice. The connector handles the happy path and very little else.

The 10-point sync health checklist
Most sync problems trace back to one of these ten settings. Score your setup in five minutes.

Run it before you pay anyone, us included. Written for HubSpot and Salesforce; most of it applies to any CRM sync.
Start with an audit. Fix what it finds.
Guessing at sync problems is how teams end up with a second round of duplicates. The audit tells you what's actually wrong before anyone changes a setting.
Sync Audit
Find out exactly what's broken, and why.
One integration, e.g. HubSpot ↔ Salesforce
- Every field mapping and its sync rule reviewed
- Duplicate analysis on both sides: contacts, companies, deals
- Inclusion segment, selective sync and integration user permissions
- API usage checked against your Salesforce limits
- Sync errors grouped by cause, with who fixes each one
- Written fix plan, ordered by impact
- 30-minute walkthrough call
Not included: making the fixes (your admin can, or we can), data cleanup and record merges.

Frequently Asked Questions
Pricing, access, and when the native connector is enough.
A sync audit is a fixed $499 for one integration, such as HubSpot and Salesforce. Cleanup and custom sync work is quoted after the audit, based on what it found. If you hire us for the cleanup within 30 days, the $499 comes off that quote.
Sometimes you can skip it. If the problem is obvious on the 15-minute call, we'll quote the fix directly. The audit is for the usual situation: the sync has run for months, several people have changed settings, and nobody knows which problem causes which symptom.
The native connector comes with HubSpot Professional and Enterprise plans. On the Salesforce side you need an edition with API access, or Professional, and Group Edition isn't supported. The connector itself costs nothing extra. What costs money is a setup that goes wrong: duplicate records, overwritten fields, and hours of manual cleanup.
Most teams on HubSpot Professional with one Salesforce org are fine once it's configured properly. You need middleware if you're on HubSpot Starter or Salesforce Group Edition, want more than one Salesforce org connected to a HubSpot account, need lookup fields on custom objects, or need currency conversion on synced amounts. The audit tells you which side of that line you're on.
Access to the integration settings on both sides and read access to the synced records. We don't change anything during an audit, and you revoke access when it's done.
The $499 audit is invoiced upfront. Cleanup and custom sync projects are 50% to start and 50% on delivery. No retainers.
The team behind thefrontkit: three co-founders covering ops strategy, backend and infrastructure, and frontend. We build CRM and sales apps end to end, so we know how pipelines, accounts and deal data are meant to fit together, not just where the settings live.
